Do Africans have the leaders they deserve?

I won't answer now, but one might wonder when we see Mugabe, Déby, Biya and the likes clinging on to their power. She made me think a lot with this post on the leaders we deserve.

"If it is true that we get the leaders we deserve, then someday, somehow, somewhere, we must have done something really really awful.

We're sorry. We will never do it again. Promise. Just please, can we return them? We don't even want our money back. Seriously."
