Franchement quand je vois comment le "customer service" ou service a la clientele (pour faire plaisir a Lydie) se degrade aux Etats-Unis, je ne blame pas cette dame. Elle ne gagnera pas grand chose, mais juste "to make a point" je la soutiens!!!
